The U.S. populations nationwide responses to the question What is the Patriot Act? Kellis crew and I went across the country during the weeks of the 2004 presidential election. They asked 250 people the same twelve questions. The answers to question number 3, What is the U.S.A. Patriot Act?, were so compelling that they immediately realized that it had to be its own piece.
