Su-Chen Hung

Su-Chen Hung grew up in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan and has lived in San Francisco since 1977. She holds a BFA in Photography and a MFA in Filmmaking from the San Francisco Art Institute. She has exhibited internationally and has received fellowships, residencies, and grants, including a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship in New Genre. Her public art projects include a permanent interactive installation - "Welcome" at the San Francisco International Airport, and "WATER Spells", an award winning series of permanent installations for a wastewater treatment plant in Phoenix. In 2008 Hung has shown in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Taipei.
